Core Responsibilities
- Identify new projects, plotting sites and property inventories for ArtiimaZ® Realty to onboard.
- Meet developers, landowners and channel partners to present AR’s sales & growth model and convert them into long-term clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and commercials for project onboarding.
- Negotiate commercial terms, targets and timelines and close agreements with project owners.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing and ACS team to design launch plans and sales campaigns for each new project.
- Track project-wise performance, analyse lead–to–booking conversions, and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing project clients; act as a single point of contact for updates and reviews.
- Regularly study local real-estate trends, competitor activities and pricing to identify new opportunities.
