Title Business Development Manager
Experience 1–3 Years

Core Responsibilities
  • Identify new projects, plotting sites and property inventories for ArtiimaZ® Realty to onboard.
  • Meet developers, landowners and channel partners to present AR’s sales & growth model and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and commercials for project onboarding.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, targets and timelines and close agreements with project owners.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, marketing and ACS team to design launch plans and sales campaigns for each new project.
  • Track project-wise performance, analyse lead–to–booking conversions, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing project clients; act as a single point of contact for updates and reviews.
  • Regularly study local real-estate trends, competitor activities and pricing to identify new opportunities.

Title Sales Manager
Experience 1–4 Years
Salary ₹10,000 [Fixed] + High Incentives

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day property sales operations for assigned projects (plots, flats, commercial, resale etc.).
  • Manage and guide a small team of sales executives / telecallers / channel partners to achieve monthly booking targets.
  • Handle walk-ins, site visit requests and serious enquiries; conduct professional project presentations on-site and in office.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads from telecalling, digital campaigns and referrals using company CRM / tracking formats.
  • Negotiate offers within approved guidelines and work with management to close bookings and payment plans.
  • Coordinate with documentation / legal partners to ensure smooth booking to registration journey for each customer.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, target vs achievement and share feedback on buyer behaviour and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and brokers, encouraging referrals and repeat business.

Title Telecaller / Tele-Sales Executive
Experience 0–2 Years
Salary ₹10,000 [Fixed] + High Incentives

Core Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to enquiries received from campaigns, portals, WhatsApp, references etc.
  • Explain basic project details (location, plot size, price range, key benefits) and qualify leads as per requirement and budget.
  • Fix and confirm site visits / office meetings for the sales team; share schedules and reminders with customers.
  • Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp messages, respond with accurate and polite information.
  • Maintain and update lead sheets / CRM with call status, follow-up dates and customer feedback.
  • Regularly follow up with interested prospects till they visit, decide or close; coordinate with Sales Manager for next actions.
  • Share daily call logs, lead counts and visit confirmations with the team.
  • Support basic post-booking communication (document checklist, visit reminders, payment follow-ups) when required.
